Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use thyraai.co, create a Thyra account or use a Thyra bot. By doing so, you agree to them.
Your account
- Give us true details, and keep your password and email account safe.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.
- Don't use bots, scripts or fake accounts to sign up, log in or place orders.
Our bots
- Thyra bots are AI. They can make mistakes, so check important numbers, quotes and messages before you act on them.
- Bots hand anything tricky to you. You stay responsible for decisions in your business.
- Your registered accountant still signs off tax returns and audited accounts.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our website in US dollars and may change. We will tell you before a change affects you.
- Monthly plans are paid in advance. You can cancel any month, and the bot stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
- Phone call minutes and WhatsApp business-message fees are charged at cost where stated.
Fair use
Don't use Thyra to send spam, break the law, or harm or mislead anyone. We may pause an account that does.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
- Thyra bots use AI and can make mistakes. Check important information before you rely on it.
- Nothing from Thyra or its bots is legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice.
- Demo data, savings and salary figures on this website are examples and estimates, not promises.
- The service is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Our handling of personal data follows the Botswana Data Protection Act, 2024, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We work hard to keep Thyra running, but we can't promise it will never go down or make a mistake. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana.
